We do not have the product key for this. It is important that you understand that we do not have this and are unable to obtain it. Sony may be able to locate it for you however we can not. We are not accepting returns on this item. Please research what you will need to activate it prior to purchasing it. If you do not see it pictured or listed it is not included.
